Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • In its original, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • Packaged with all original tags, accessories, and if applicable, the original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items
For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that are not in original condition (showing signs of wear, damage, or washing).

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Gift cards.

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: Please initiate your return by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with a Return Authorization and instructions.

  2. Ship Your Return: Once authorized, please securely package the item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund Amounts & Shipping Costs

  • The refund will be for the price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item) or a defective product.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after we approved it, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no cost to you and expedite a resolution.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit to the original purchaser.
