Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after you place your order (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.
Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
After your order leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days to most destinations. Please note this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or local postal services.

Important Information for All Orders
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately, including apartment or unit numbers. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Orders & Customs: For orders shipped outside our origin country, you are the importer of record. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. Jellcat Market has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
What If My Package Is Delayed or Lost?
While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can happen. If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., over 10 business days) or your package has not arrived within a reasonable time past the estimate, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist you.
